1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bhoji Kitchen Partners platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Kitchen Partner Agreement

As a kitchen partner, you agree to:

• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
• Follow all local health and safety regulations
• Provide accurate information about your kitchen and menu items
• Deliver orders within the promised time frame
• Maintain a minimum rating of 4.0 stars

3. Commission and Payment

Bhoji charges a commission of 12% (including platform fees, payment gateway fees, and GST) on all orders processed through our platform.

• Payments are processed weekly
• Minimum payout amount: ₹500
• Payment gateway charges are included in the 12% commission

4. Limited Kitchen Slots

We maintain limited kitchen partners to ensure equal opportunities:

• Panchayat areas: 5 kitchens maximum
• Block areas: 10 kitchens maximum
• City areas: 5 kitchens per ward

5. Subscription and Renewal

Kitchen partners must maintain an active subscription:

• Annual subscription: ₹9,125 (originally ₹36,500)
• Subscription is non-transferable
• Renewal required annually
• 30-day cancellation policy with refund

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Taking direct orders bypassing the platform
• Providing false information about food items
• Violating food safety standards
• Negative publicity about the platform
• Closing kitchen for more than 65 days per year

7. Termination

Bhoji reserves the right to terminate kitchen partnerships for:

• Multiple customer complaints
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Poor food quality or hygiene standards
• Bypassing the platform for direct orders

8. Limitation of Liability

Bhoji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
