PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

Kitchen ID Cancellation & Deboarding Policy

Ensuring customer safety, food hygiene, public trust, and operational fairness across our decentralized kitchen network.

1. Administrative & Zero-Tolerance Deboarding Conditions

Bhoji maintains a Strict Zero-Tolerance Policy for violations affecting customer health, public safety, legal compliance, or financial integrity. In any of the following cases, Bhoji reserves the absolute right to permanently deboard the Kitchen Partner without prior notice, explanation, or hearing:

1. Food Adulteration

Mixing, substituting, or using contaminated, expired, counterfeit, unsafe, unhygienic, or legally prohibited food ingredients.

2. Compromise with Hygiene & Quality

Failure to maintain kitchen cleanliness, staff hygiene, safe packaging, or repeatedly serving spoiled / unpalatable meals.

3. Illegal Goods & Prohibited Activities

Dealing in illegal goods, prohibited meat/food items, narcotic substances, intoxicants, or counterfeit products through delivery packages.

4. Cheating, Fraud & Misrepresentation

Generating fake orders, forging documents (Aadhaar/PAN/FSSAI), identity misrepresentation, payment fraud, or system manipulation.

Consequences of Zero-Tolerance Deboarding:
  • Permanent PAN Ban: Owner PAN Card and Aadhaar permanently banned from future kitchen re-registration.
  • Balance Forfeiture: Complete forfeiture of pending ledger earnings, reserves, and escrow wallet balance.
  • Zero Refund: Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable in cases of zero-tolerance administrative deboarding.

2. Operational & Performance Deboarding Guidelines

Because kitchen slots per Panchayat / Ward are strictly limited, Kitchen IDs must remain active, reliable, and compliant. A Kitchen ID may be placed on temporary hold or permanently cancelled under the following operational performance guidelines:

Multiple Bad Customer Feedback:

Receiving frequent negative ratings, poor food quality complaints, or packaging leakage reports without taking corrective action.

Platform Bypass:

Attempting to bypass the platform by taking direct customer orders outside the Bhoji ordering system after discovering customer leads.

Non-Regular Operations (>65 Days Closed):

Keeping kitchen closed for more than 65 days in a year, or unannounced prolonged closures (blocking limited local slots).

Non-Payment of Subscription Dues:

Failure to renew subscription dues after expiration of the 15-day grace period.

Negative Publicity:

Engaging in malicious public statements or actions causing brand reputational damage to the Bhoji platform or fellow partner kitchens.

Failure to Meet Minimum Business Volume:

Persistent failure to accept or fulfill basic order benchmarks over consecutive evaluation quarters.
