  • Gram Panchayat & Semi-Urban Panchayat Areas: Sanctioned capacity expands by +1 additional kitchen annually per zone.
Civic Reclassification & City-Wide Allocation
  • Administrative Upgrades: When a civic location identity changes (e.g., an NAC upgrading to a Municipality), total slots are recalculated under the new civic framework (Total Wards × 3 kitchens).
  • City-Wide Pool Flexibility: The 3 kitchens per ward rule establishes the total municipal limit (e.g., a city with 31 wards receives a city-wide quota of 93 kitchens [$31 \times 3$]). Kitchens are pooled city-wide and are not strictly bound to individual ward boundaries.
Kitchen ID Transfer & Resale Policy

"Your Bhoji Kitchen ID represents a limited-slot license. If you choose to exit your business, you may transfer or sell your Kitchen ID directly to a new owner. Bhoji solely facilitates the administrative transfer and account re-assignment; all valuation, pricing negotiations, and payment terms are strictly a private agreement between the outgoing and incoming owners."
