Subscription rates are fixed for 365 Days (1 Year) from the date of joining a paid plan. To support ongoing technology upgrades, server capacity, and customer acquisition:
On every kitchen anniversary (every 365 days), your subscription renewal price increases by 10% + GST based on your last paid plan's price.
If you migrate to a new plan after 365 days (e.g., upgrading from Basic to Scale plan), your new plan price will be Target Plan Base Amount + 10% (+ GST). The 10% (+ GST) anniversary increment applies every 365 days even when changing plans.
We onboard only limited kitchens per Panchayat/Ward to ensure equal opportunities and steady order volume for all partners.
