Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority

At Bhoji (A Brand of RurbanMate Private Limited), we prioritize customer satisfaction and understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel an order or request a refund.

1. Order Cancellation Window

Immediate Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund—provided food preparation has not yet started.

Post-Preparation Cancellations

Once food preparation begins, cancellations may not be accepted and refunds may not be issued, as resources and ingredients have already been committed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Incorrect or Wrong Order Delivered

Full refund upon return of the food.

Missing Items

Partial refund for the missing items.

Spoiled or Poor-Quality Food

Full refund.

Undelivered Orders

Full refund due to kitchen or delivery issues.

Orders Cancelled Within the Allowed Time Window

Full or partial refund at the discretion of the kitchen.

3. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued or considered in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the order is prepared or dispatched.
  • Orders delayed due to uncontrollable delivery issues (natural calamities, curfew, accidents, etc.).
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences (unless quality is compromised).
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations by Bhoji

We may cancel your order with a full refund in rare situations such as:

  • Kitchen overload or technical issues.
  • Unavailability of ingredients.
  • Safety concerns or delivery partner limitations.

No-Show or Unreachable Customers: If the delivery partner is unable to contact you or deliver the order due to invalid contact information or an unreachable customer at the delivery location, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.

5. How to Cancel an Order

Use the cancellation option in the app or on the website.

Customer Support

Contact our support team immediately via our Customer Care Hotline.

6. Refund Processing

Fully Cancelled Before Preparation

A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partially Completed Orders or Late Cancellations

A partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the order status.

7. Third-Party Orders

If your order was placed via a third-party platform (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato), their cancellation and refund policies will apply. Please contact them directly for support.
