Yes! Your Bhoji Kitchen ID is an asset. Due to limited slots, many people want to get a Bhoji Kitchen ID. You can sell your kitchen ID to another person for a premium price. This allows you to recover your subscription investment or even make a profit.
We require kitchen partners to maintain a minimum 4.0 star rating. If your rating drops below this, we'll work with you to improve. However, multiple bad ratings and customer complaints may result in partnership termination.
No, taking direct orders is strictly prohibited. This bypasses our platform and violates the partnership agreement. We monitor for such activities and may terminate partnerships for violations. All orders must go through the Bhoji platform.
You can cancel your subscription within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, you can cancel but won't receive a refund. Contact our support team to initiate the cancellation process. You'll need to complete any pending orders before cancellation.
